Nisha Raveenderen a absolvit Universitatea Melbourne din Australia, una dintre primele 50 de universitati din lume, si a urmat cursuri de formare profesionala, cum ar fi:
- Preparing Students for PET & PET for School (British Council Romania)
- In-house training for "Mistakes, feedback and enhancing self-esteem"
- In house courses: Learner Differences and Presentation of the CELTA Exam
"I believe teaching is a vocation, it has to come from the love we have for children and the joy we get from being around them. Being a teacher is tough, but it's incredibly rewarding. Seeing children laugh and have fun in classes makes all the hard work and long hours worth it. I never knew one could have so much fun in class before working at Shakespeare School. There's something very special and magical when we are with children, all the mundane problems in life go away and we only see our children's faces. I have learned numerous things from children and they have taught me how we react influences their behaviour. That's why I have decided to become a teacher, and I can't imagine going back to the corporate world", ne-a marturisit profesorul Nisha Raveenderen.
